Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing discrepancies between SAP and OneSource tax calculations.
  • Preparing data analytics for reporting to the Global Indirect Tax organization.
  • Preparing VAT account reconciliation for low to medium-risk tax returns.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on assigned tax returns and collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Prepared and filed VAT returns and ancillary reports.
  • Processing tax payments and monitoring refund collections.
  • Collaborating with various teams to resolve Tier 1-level issues.
  • Achieving KRA targets with a focus on customer first and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and 3M Global Financial Standards.
  • Participating in projects related to 3M's Business Transformation priorities.
  • Engaging in ad-hoc activities such as audits and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Tax or Accounting, with CPA preferred.
  • 0-1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Indirect Tax, particularly VAT/GST.
  • Knowledge of tax-related master data and 3M/multi-national company structure.
  • Familiarity with ALM QC testing application and 3M testing procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, BI/BW, and connected applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Alteryx, and other data analytics tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
