  • Conduct client outreach, establish rapport, and nurture long-term relationships.

  • Assess interested clients and deal with face-to-face applications and by post to ensure that the client is suitable for the application.
  • Oversee the completion of the relevant visa and immigration documents of the client before passing them on to the Documentation Specialist.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Level:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and sales support skills.
  • Proficient in creative problem-solving.
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in outside sales and cold calling.
  • Solid sourcing and presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of sales management and strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
