JOB SUMMARY:

Registration Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing: 1) accurate preparation of compliance necessary to process and clear MC/CA liquidations to replenish the funds on time for the purposes of title transfer and 2) reviews of billings for payment to service providers on time.

The specialist is expected to send a daily productivity report to his/her team leader regularly, giving feedback about the process, issues, and concerns in relation to liquidation prior to title transfer.

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course

  2. Has at least 1 year's experience in any documentation-related work. Registration work-related experience is an advantage.

  3. Excellent attention to detail.

  4. Person with integrity.

  5. Willingness to learn.

  6. Able to work with minimum supervision.

  7. Ability to work under pressure.

  8. Has a high sense of responsibility.

  9. Willing to commute/relocate to Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepares the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorses dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filing, and liaises with representatives of service providers, monitors the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), and Tax Declaration.

  2. Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests payments, endorses accounts for payments, and liaises with representatives of service providers, encodes the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

  3. Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests payments, endorses accounts for payments, and liaises with representatives of service providers, encodes the CWT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

  4. Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests payments, endorses accounts for payments, and liaises with representatives of service providers, encodes the DST receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.

  5. Performs other administrative/clerical tasks as assigned by Team Lead from time to time.

  6. Sends daily productivity report to team lead at the end of each day.

  7. Works closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Department's targets are met, learns new processes/policies, and technology/system.
