The Role:

  1. Designing and building configured demo environments to support Sales organization demos, supporting both Sales account execs as well as Solutions Engineers.
  2. Product expertise with collaborative work management systems.
  3. Understand prospective customer goals and challenges, working with Sales/SE team to build best solution in ClickUp to meet their needs.
  4. Architect for tackling the most complex solutions that may require leveraging external tools (integration platforms, API, web services, etc).
  5. Defining a strategy and supporting the team in building demo reusable, best practice demo environments.
  6. Leverage our native and custom integrations to facilitate demo ready content.
  7. Consistently strive to grow 1% daily and improve demo quality and our ability to innovate to drive team wins.
  8. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across teams to deliver results.
  9. Simplify the process through automation where you can, and creating scalable technical processes.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ yrs experience in pre-sales role with frequent software demos.
  2. Subject matter expert in the art of building demo content and crafting demo pitches aligned to that content.
  3. Able to lead technical discussions and help drive technical decisions within the greater ClickUp Crew.
  4. Problem solver; able to develop unique solutions and troubleshoot proactively.
  5. Experience working with product development, professional services, and sales enablement teams.
  6. Experience in SaaS (ideally in Collaborative Work Management or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  7. AI prompt writing experience is preferred.
  8. Expertise with building solutions in ClickUp is preferred.
  9. Project management or Agile experience, PMP or Agile certification preferred.
