Job Requirement

The person will be required to:

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  • Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models to support business decisions.
  • Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns in data.

Strategy & Recommendations:

  • Conduct business due-diligence activities to identify analytics-led opportunities for transforming business.
  • Translate data findings into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
  • Drive the development of initiatives based on data insights to improve business performance.
  • Proactively identify areas where analytics can drive business growth and efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding analytics-related inquiries and projects.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor analytics solutions accordingly.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all analytics initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into broader business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in Google Analytics preferred (PLX, Data Market, Looker Studio).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City.
