Description
- Support the sales team by coordinating schedules and managing client communications.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Monitor sales goals and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Facilitate communication between the sales department and other departments within the organization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
