About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions (TORCH) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing detailed information about products and services to customers
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the team

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
