Service Delivery Manager - BCM - Core Ops

Job Description
Responsibilities : Oversee service delivery for core operations within the Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) domain, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Manage operational workflows across key banking processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements, automation, and operational resilience. Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address delivery gaps or risks. Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset. Ensure readiness for audits and compliance reviews by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
