Job DescriptionDescription- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience managing/handling at least 15-20 people in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned within Metro Manila and do field work.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must have adequate knowledge in using MS Applications (Excel, PP, Teams, and Outlook).
- Good communication skills; above average English communication skills both oral and written.
- Willing to work under pressure and customer service oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations- Coordinates activities and updates of personnel to clients' site supervisor.
- Implements and disseminates policies and guidelines to assigned area/account.
- Ensures effective customer service and SLA compliance.
- Site audit and compliance monitoring.
- Supervises manpower of area/account handled.
- Conducts performance evaluation and recommendation.
- Motivates and counsels personnel.
- Acts as point person for employees and client supervisors within the area.
- Assists in recruitment as needed.
- Prepares operations update report as required by clients and CFS.
- Relieves for unfilled seats.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
