Generate technically and grammatically correct customer reports that details the investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis of the company's equipment service event, based on information supplied by the Customer Engineer and Technical Support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Basic knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply and Power Products
• Proficient in word processing, graphics editing, and desktop publishing tools.
• Experience creating written reports.
• Excellent written English (preferred).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Effective working with teammates and POCs
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
