Our continued success begins with you. Job Summary: System Soft Technologies is seeking a talented Accounting Associates with outstanding professional acumen, capable of supporting multiple entities. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end process cash applications tasks in compliance with approved processes and procedures. Process timely reconciliation of accounts receivable, investigation, and recording of remittances. Identify unallocated payments, process refunds, seek approval for write-offs and credit memos then clear-out transactions. Familiar with the entire order-to-cash cycle or process. Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable Assist in administrative functions surrounding financial statements and bank reconciliations. Other tasks will be assigned by the accounting manager. Job Qualifications: Accounting Qualification: Graduates in Finance and Accounting Accounting Experience: 2-4 years of experience in USA Accounting, AR, AP & GL Communication Skill(s): Written and verbal communication skills: very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Tech Skills: Proficient in ERP Accounting Systems, expert in Microsoft Office - with advanced excel skills. Must be meticulous and precise in handling general ledger. Must know how to communicate effectively across departments. Proactive in all areas that need correction or improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
