About the role We are seeking a talented Creative Artist to join our dynamic team at Alberto Shoes Corporation in Cubao, Quezon City. As a Creative Artist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand's vision to life through exceptional visual design. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our advertising and marketing efforts, working closely with our cross-functional teams to create engaging, impactful content. What you'll be doing Conceptualising and executing innovative visual designs for a variety of marketing and advertising materials, including print, digital, and social media campaigns Collaborating with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and translating them into visually compelling designs Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design to continuously enhance the brand's creative output Providing creative input and recommendations to the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of our campaigns Ensuring all design work adheres to brand standards and guidelines Liaising with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure the successful execution of design projects What we're looking for Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the advertising, arts, or media industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend your creative ideas Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, impactful designs Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Discounts on our high-quality shoes and accessories About us Alberto Shoes Corporation is a leading manufacturer and retailer of premium footwear and accessories.
