
Channel Sales Executive

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through channels including distributors, resellers, and other channel partners. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities and expand market reach. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by serving as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support, training, and resources. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to grow the company’s sales network. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, technical) to develop and implement sales enablement tools and programs for partners. Manage and analyze sales pipeline and partner performance to meet/exceed sales targets and identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate agreements and contracts with channel partners to align with company objectives and ensure mutual benefit. Minimum Qualifications Any college degree with relevant sales experience. Proven track record of success in channel sales, business development, or partner management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP Acumatica. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Work Setup Office‑based (Mondays - Saturdays). Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend company/industry events. Regular company‑sponsored events and team‑building activities.
