Financial Recordkeeping

  • Record and categorize financial transactions, including income, expenses, and purchases.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accounting software or ledgers.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Payroll Support
  • Assist in processing payroll and managing employee records.
  • Ensure proper calculation and timely payment of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
Reporting
  • Generate financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Provide financial summaries and updates to management as needed.
  • Assist with preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Education and Experience:
  • associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
