Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees , Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations . As a HR Generalist , You Will: Do NTE review and validation. Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct. Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy. Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns. Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows. Handle employee grievances Do you have what it takes to become a HR Generalist ? Requirements: At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level). Has a strong background in employee/labor relations. Strong analytical skills.
