You’re in the right place, Bellsoft has you covered Key Responsibilities: • Guide customers through the booking process, including selecting seats, adding extra services, and confirming payment. • Confirm booking details with customers and provide e-tickets or booking confirmations. • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. • Assist customers in obtaining necessary travel documents and fulfilling pre-travel requirements. • Identify opportunities to promote additional services, such as travel insurance, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages. What can we offer? • Salary range between ₱23,000 to ₱45,000 (depends on the experience) • Day shift schedules for Premium accounts • 13th and 14th month pay • Regular pay during training • 22–28 paid leaves (convertible to cash) • 20% Night Differential starting at 6 PM • Holiday pay and Overtime Pay • HMO with up to 3 dependents • Government Mandated Benefits • Up to ₱20,000 incentives monthly (performance-based) • Company sponsored trips and retreats BPO Experience is not required Even if you're a Highschool Graduate, ALS Graduate, Sr. Highschool Graduate, College Undergraduate, or a College Graduate with no experience, you're welcome here at Bellsoft Worried about the location?
