About the role About the role We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Future Trade International Inc.' Based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing and growing our key e-commerce client relationships. Responsibilities Maintain strong operational metrics for fulfilment and order management on key platforms like Lazada and Shopee. Develop and implement customized e-commerce strategies to drive growth and increase revenue Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting data-driven recommendations Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices Take ownership of strategic account management, driving e-commerce growth and expanding our brand’s digital presence Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce account management Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and other relevant software Passion for the e-commerce industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies Benefits At Future Trade International Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
