Field Biologist

Ensure service efficiency and compliance in pest management with Rentokil Initial Philippines. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Ensure compliance with Reporting Services and Termite Management Program. Conduct technical advisory and site inspections. Submit accurate and timely reports. Undertake periodic inspections and discuss findings with customers. Assist in planning and conducting technical training. Update Authorized Product List and coordinate with procurement. Conduct Service Audits and monitor Technician Performance Assessment. Support quality service programs within the division. Assist branch operations in promoting products and services. Provide insect identification services. Improve knowledge of pest management through study and experience. Identify cases requiring follow-up action. Submit recommendations and reports for chemical treatments. Conduct bi-annual audits for product compliance. Maintain records of High Dependency/Key Account customers. Ensure proper use and maintenance of company resources. Drive SHE policy compliance and achieve LTAR targets. Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly. Identify sales and collection opportunities. Attend necessary trainings and meetings. About You The ideal candidate will have: College or vocational course graduate; an Agriculture degree is an advantage. Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle. Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3). Fast learner with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Willingness to work night shifts.
