Overview On-site - Pasig | Full-time Job Description Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Ensure proper accruals for media placements and campaign execution costs. Liaise with sales to validate media booking records and campaign statuses. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships. Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SME environment. Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance. Familiarity with OOH industry billing cycles, revenue models, and cost structures is a strong advantage. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel for financial modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both creative and commercial teams.
