Join CRMS to support wholesale credit risk management by activating and maintaining credit obligors and ensuring compliance with credit policies. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Activation and maintenance of locally approved credit obligors in the credit system. Preparation of credit approvals (CA) documents for Annual Review, Interim, Extension, and Initial cases following established procedures. Input and maintenance of approved credit facilities, including creation, allocation, amendment, cancellation, classification, and updates using “As Of” functionality Ensuring credit approvals comply with credit policy. Review and rectification of data exceptions and month-end adjustments on credit facilities. Monthly reporting of Expiring and Expired CAs. Checking approvals for Classified Credit Review compliance. Preparation of BCMA CA Face documents based on RM or analyst data. Investigation and resolution of Optima and CitiRisk exceptions, liaising with relevant parties. Collaboration with technology and other teams to resolve issues. Representation of the country in service quality calls. Management of work requests, including Access, Query Management Application, and ResolveIT. Development as a country SME. Facility/obligor maintenance and critical control for otherwise approved names Daily reporting of facility changes to the client country. Review and monitoring of EUDD workflows and monthly Expiring and Expired EUDD Lists. Performing Split Risk Reporting for some countries. Maintenance of Credit Officers in SharePoint. Monitoring and investigation of intra-day excesses and obtaining relevant credit approvals. Generation, investigation, reporting, and escalation of Direct, Contingent, PSE, and SR exceptions as part of Next Day Limit Monitoring. Receipt, scanning, lodging, safekeeping, and release of credit facility documentation for Philippines clients. Providing supporting data and reports to Finance, Loan Operations, and Risk for regulatory and non-regulatory reporting. Providing credit information to BAP-Credit Bureau member banks through Loandex system. Facilitating consolidation of exposures under facilities extended to ICG for submission to Credit Information Corporation. Maintaining service quality and ensuring audit controls pass internal and external reviews. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant work experience Experience in credit operations or a similar position Knowledge of credit processes, procedures, and systems Proficient in computer skills, focusing on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and the Windows domain.
