Collaborate with HMO and life insurance providers to optimize employee benefits. Analyze health data using digital platforms and liaise with actuarial team to deliver insightful cost mitigation & health promotive insights. Drive cross-functional engagement to deliver measurable health outcomes. Strong project management skills and a results‑oriented mindset. Proficient in data analytics and health metrics interpretation. Knowledgeable in OSH, clinic operations, and insurance processes.
