About the role As the General Manager for Excello Restaurant Management Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premier dining establishments in the Western Visayas region. This is a full-time, on-site role that will see you leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and financial performance. What you'll be doing Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory, and food preparation Provide strategic leadership to drive revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community Oversee the training and development of the front-of-house and kitchen teams Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions Collaborate closely with the regional management team to align on company goals and priorities What we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in a General Manager or equivalent senior hospitality role Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a restaurant or similar food service environment Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Thorough understanding of food safety, health, and licensing regulations Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred What we offer At Excello Restaurant Management Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
