Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Marketing The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full-time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast‑tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience. You’ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of some of the world’s largest brands and the people who use them, including how these amazing brands show up in culture and conversations. You’ll use this level of insight to help develop our products’ personalities, bring them to life, and focus on what other say about them to drive desire at scale. That could mean working on the launch of a new variant of deodorant, undertaking research on the latest trends in hair care, planning a home care brand’s digital campaign, or even building a strong ecosystem of influencers and creators. You must have strong business and project management skills to make things happen. It takes a deep sense of logic, ambition, organisational, and analytical skills and a head for figures. You will need to have finished Stage 2, the Online Assessment, by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Program. We will reach out to you if you qualify to proceed to the Line Manager Interview. We work on a first‑come, first‑serve basis so finish all stages as soon as possible.
