Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and trends in the warehouse sector. Assist in the entire project development process from project conceptualization, feasibility, planning, standardization, implementation, until pre-opening/pre-operational stages. Close monitoring of budget during the entire Project Development Process. Prepare implementation plans as well as execute them, and monitor progress of on-going projects. Administer signing of deals/agreements with various business partners and government representatives. Participates in the brainstorming of new project concept ideas beneficial to upcoming and existing projects. Assist in prospecting for potential sites for project development, preparation of feasibility studies (cash flow and project P&L), conducting due diligence as well as deal closing and legal documentation. Other Responsibilities Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives. Qualifications A graduate of Business Management, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related course At least 2 years work experience in the field of Business Development and Project Development.
