Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Games) to help shape the next generation of movement-based mobile gaming — where every step, sprint, or stretch powers in-game progress. You’ll design player-centered experiences that bridge the real world with interactive gameplay. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in agile environments, understands how to balance fun with usability, and can turn creative ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces. You’ll own the end-to-end experience — from concept to production — collaborating closely with developers, artists, and game designers to bring gameplay and visual design together. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with an award-winning indie game team backed by top venture firms Be part of a studio building the future of fitness-integrated mobile games What You’ll Work On Design Player Experiences Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation through research, flows, and playtesting Translate gameplay and product goals into intuitive and responsive interfaces that enhance engagement Use data, feedback, and player insight to guide UX decisions Craft Beautiful, Functional UI Design clean, consistent, and visually engaging UI elements aligned with brand and art direction Collaborate with the art team to ensure polished implementation across iOS and Android Deliver production-ready assets that integrate smoothly into the game environment Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with designers, developers, and artists to build cohesive player journeys Participate in feedback loops, design reviews, and iterative testing to refine player experiences Communicate design intent clearly through documentation, mockups, or prototypes Prototype and Iterate Build and present interactive prototypes or motion previews using Figma or similar tools Work with developers to ensure UI assets are optimized and functional within Unity Continuously test and improve designs based on user experience data What You Bring 4+ years of experience in mobile game or interactive UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing player-focused UX flows and polished UI systems Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD Excellent communication skills — able to present design ideas clearly and work collaboratively Deep understanding of mobile design principles and user-centered processes Nice to Have Experience designing or implementing UI directly in Unity Background in fitness, gamified wellness, or social play experiences Experience conducting usability testing and iteration based on player feedback Familiarity with animation or motion for UI transitions How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom or video introducing your favorite UI/UX project and what made it successful A portfolio highlighting mobile or game UI/UX projects Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and introduction video will be reviewed.
