ITSM-ServiceNow Developer

Overview The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support IT service management operations. Qualifications Amenable to work onsite in Laguna Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. With at least 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (not an administrative role). Extensive knowledge and practical experience with the ServiceNow platform Strong proficiency in JavaScript, and familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge XML and structural programming concepts. ServiceNow certification is a plus Advanced problem-solving, service management, and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of modern IT services and hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Proven ability to work effectively in virtual and distributed teams within a multicultural environment. Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly trustworthy, reliable, and adaptable, demonstrating initiative and resilience under pressure.
