Responsibilities:

• Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target demographics.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for individual properties or real estate projects.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online listings.
• Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
• Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media
• Creating visually appealing designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all visuals and designs.
• Assisting with the setup and management of podcast episodes, including editing, uploading, and publishing.
• Managing podcast platforms, show notes, guest coordination, and promotion strategies.
• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Preferably with knowledge and skills in marketing, advertising or related
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and Marketing skills
• Social Media Marketing expertise
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and the Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
