- Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
- Attends to customer concern pertaining to delivery;
- Prepares delivery documents such as Sales lnvoice. Delivery Receipts, PEZA Forms, BOC Forms, etc;
- Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
- Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
- Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers
- Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
- Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver’s schedule
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics / Freight Forwarding or any related field.
- Experience: With proven 3-5 years' experience in a PEZA company
- Skills: Proficient in Logistics software and tools
- MS Office applications
- Strong leadership
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Analytical and Attention to details
- Others: With Knowledge in a freight forwarding services
- Knows how to drive, with valid driver’s license
