Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery Attends to customer concern pertaining to delivery; Prepares delivery documents such as Sales lnvoice. Delivery Receipts, PEZA Forms, BOC Forms, etc; Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed. Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver’s schedule Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics / Freight Forwarding or any related field. Experience: With proven 3-5 years' experience in a PEZA company Skills: Proficient in Logistics software and tools MS Office applications Strong leadership Communication and problem solving skills Analytical and Attention to details Others: With Knowledge in a freight forwarding services Knows how to drive, with valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
