Join the winning team now Work you will do As a globally recognized leader in consulting and Workday services, Deloitte’s Workday practice helps organization harness the value of Workday’s platform combined with human and financial capital to deliver services to help drive business impact. As a Workday professional, you will be responsible for: Offering specialized knowledge in the Workday Core HCM suite. Supporting gathering of business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday solutions to meet client requirements Guiding clients in adopting Workday best practices both intellectually and practically. Performing Workday Delivery Assurance Innovating and suggesting new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively Confirming that functional solutions align with downstream data translation requirements, and support integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems. Delivering insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption. Mentoring fellow consultants and actively disseminate product knowledge to foster growth within our practice. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent 2+ years Hands‑on experience in Workday Core HCM Solution Hands on experience in Workday Implementation project Current active Workday Core HCM Certification Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency in managing timelines and achieving goals effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering What is in store for you?
