What youll be doing As an OPEX Engineer, youll take ownership of production standards and targets, ensuring our manufacturing processes are optimized for quality and efficiency. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead improvement projects, support new product introductions, and drive operational excellence. Your work will directly influence productivity, cost, and quality outcomes across the business. What youll be working on Developing and maintaining manufacturing standards through time studies and audits Supporting new product development by setting production parameters and conducting line trials Leading Lean Six Sigma and Total Flow/Quality Improvement initiatives Analyzing production data to identify and resolve issues in productivity, quality, and layout Updating labor costs and scrap factors for financial planning Creating standardized procedures and training materials for continuous improvement What were looking for Bachelords degree in Industrial Engineering At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (cosmetics, consumer goods, or pharma preferred) Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, motion and time study, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Minitab, and Microsoft Office Certified or trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
