Pay: ₱30,000.00-₱50,000.00 per month Job Description: 1) Promotes and sells the company's product lines according to the duly approved marketing goals and sales plan; and provides continuous after-sales service/assistance to the customers in any matter concerning our products. 2)Provides customer service and assistance to various Luzon distributors in line to maintain a strong market presence. 3)Surveys and visits existing and prospective market areas to provide management with cement price information/feedback and other market information. 4)Takes into account the company's Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, IMS Policy, rules and regulations, safety protocols, and other policies in undertaking every task that needs to be accomplished. 5) Interfaces with other departments regarding Manila Branch's concerns regularly. 6) Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Sales Representative, ensuring achievement of sales targets and maintaining good business relationships with clients and distributors. ■Company and Team Structure： Director（Japanese）, Sales team (60s-1, 40s-1, 30s-1, totally 3 employees), Admin and GA(Japanese and Filipino) ■Business Trip: There will be a short business trip, 2-3 times, and the area to cover is NCR-Batangas. There is a long business trip to the Bicol Region about twice a year. ■It is recommended to use a company car and drive by yourself, but since there is a limitation in the number of company cars, it would be appreciated if one could bring one's own car and drive by him/herself. Their head office is located in Cebu, but the position is based in the Makati office. Makati (Salcedo) /Day trips to NCR and Batangas 2–3 times a week. Makati Office: 24th Floor, Unit 2402, 88 Corporate Center, Salcedo Village, Makati City College graduate. Industry experience preferred Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Possessed good interpersonal relationship skills With a valid driver's license and a personal car TCPI offers a dynamic and growth-driven environment where employees can develop their skills and contribute to build a stronger future.
