BIM Modeler

Responsibilities Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy. Conduct model reviews and implement necessary revisions. Provide technical support for BIM software and tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions. Qualifications Graduate of any course of the following: BS in Architecture BS in Civil Engineering BS in Electrical Engineering BS in Mechanical Engineering Have at least 3-4 years experience for the Revit Shop drawing, Engineering and Architectural/ Drafting Technology. Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BIM software, REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and CAD. Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve site visits. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
