Responsibilities Portfolio Management — Manage, maintain, and evolve team dashboards Portfolio Management — Automate metrics collection for the Direct Portfolio Portfolio Management — Manage the Indirect Portfolio Program (internal customers) Portfolio Management — Create and maintain process flow diagrams for lease renewals and other activities Portfolio Management — Coordinate and track activities with Real Estate, Facilities, and other relevant departments Portfolio Management — Coordinate and track lease renewals, legal activities, and projects Vendor Management — Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly business reviews Vendor Management — Manage and track all open risks for vendors within the portfolio Vendor Management — Update Archer for all vendor activities, including business reviews, insurance certifications, and AOC's Vendor Management — Coordinate and conduct annual product roadmap and planning reviews for all Tier 1 / Tier 2 vendors, ensuring completion of all risk and compliance documentation Required Skills and Experience Experience with creating executive-focused presentations Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate Basic understanding of coding and APIs Clear and concise communication skills with fluency in English Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
