Cost Engineer

Quezon City, Philippines Stealth Ventures Corporation Full time
• Prepare detailed bill of quantities based on issued plan, specifications & other bid documents.
• Material & manpower take off as per bid documents.
• Participation in pre-bid, clarificatory and other meeting related to bidding exercise of the project.
• Identifying gaps between BOQ, drawings, specification & contract documents and taking it for logical closure.
• On time preparation and submission of cost proposal and other required documents of the project
• Request & evaluate cost proposal from supplier & contractors.
• Establish & continuously update material and labor unit rate.
• Sourcing out of material supplier and sub-contractor.
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
• Prepare & review contract agreements, purchase order and other related documents.
• Prepare & update projected cash flow.
• Closely monitor project budget and cash flow
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
• License Electrical Engineer
• With at least one (1) year working experience as Electrical cost engineer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and able to work under pressure
• Team player and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
• Willing to work overtime
• Knowledgeable in computer aided design and other cost related software.
• Decision making ability and leadership skills.
