Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure all on-site clinics are adhering to Occupational and Safety Standards at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors compliance of staff with standards defined by ActiveOne specifically with regard to customer service and other staff behavior policies.
- Monitors and maintain records of staff performance relative to attendance & performance
- Communication/coordination with site medical personnel regarding client requirements and policy updates
- Coordination with CMT regarding client escalations on staffing and operational issues and ensuring compliance to response time is met.
- Respond to site medical personnel concerns and queries and direct coordination with the involved departments to ensure concerns are addressed.
- Endorsement and monitoring of Nurses and MDs for deployment.
- Assists in monitoring OSH compliance and submission of AMR and WAIR (Covid and Accident) to client POC.
- Organize/identify Health Programs based on the client's illness/incidence reports
- Collaborate with CMT regarding ActiveOne program/training initiatives (Mental Health, Customer Service, OSH training, etc).
- Assists in the coordination with site medical personnel regarding clinic schedule and attendance, approval of leaves and overtime
- Maintains the list of handled site medical personnel.
- Consolidate the daily, weekly & monthly inventory of PPE/medicines & medical supplies across all sites for submission to the Client POC
- Coordinate with the clinic Nurses regarding the submission of the clinic utilization reports to CRT
- Monitor the on-time submission of the clinic utilization report to the Client POC
- Monthly checking of equipment, medicines & medical supplies inventory, and requisitions prior to submission to the Client POC
- Consolidation of Waste Disposal report per Client's requests

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in an occupational health setting, business operations, and/or administrative role
- Ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment
