Job Overview The Project Supervisor is the key on-site coordinator and execution manager for the Manila operations. This role oversees the daily performance of the Production, Ops, and IT departments to ensure that all recording, uploading, and quality processes are completed efficiently, on schedule, and according to SOP and KPI standards. Acting as the PM’s operational representative, the Project Supervisor manages people, workflow, and problem resolution to keep the entire project running smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. Key Responsibilities Production and Execution Supervision Supervise daily game recording and upload tasks, ensuring each team meets targets according to schedules and SOP. Monitor upload progress, video duration, and QC exception rates to maintain production output and quality standards. Regularly check key production components such as devices, network, NAS, accounts, keymaps, and logs, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with IT and Ops departments to ensure stable and continuous operations. Team Coordination and Performance Management Serve as the main bridge between the PM and on-site departments (Production, Ops, IT, QC, HR), managing daily issue tracking, analysis, and resolution. Maintain team discipline, shift order, attendance, and proper handover procedures. Consolidate and analyze team performance data including total output, QC pass rate, anomalies, and KPI results; submit daily and weekly reports. Drive issue-closure and improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and production stability. Process and Quality Optimization Ensure all recording and upload tasks strictly follow the latest SOP and QC standards. Guide and supervise Team Leads and Ops staff on QC, keymap, log integration, and upload procedures. Conduct regular internal training and process reviews to reduce human error and enforce standardization. Assist the PM in optimizing workflows, SOPs, and documentation templates to improve efficiency and scalability. Communication and Reporting Report production status, issue progress, and risk assessments to the PM and company owner. When necessary, act on behalf of the PM to handle on-site issues and ensure quick implementation of decisions. Maintain high-frequency communication between departments to ensure transparency and smooth coordination. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and special reports to support management decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (preferably Management, Engineering, IT, or Media). Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution or team supervision. Background in video production, data recording, BPO operations, or gaming projects is a strong advantage. Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and KPI tracking. Familiar with SOP/QC/KPI systems; basic IT knowledge (NAS, network, Azure Blob, file structure) is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills; logical, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure. Mission Ensure the project runs efficiently, systematically, and at scale. Drive process standardization, automation, and visibility across all teams. Build a “problem discovered–resolved–recorded” accountability loop.
