Overview

The Unit Manager – Growth & Insight Strategy is responsible for driving data-driven strategic initiatives that support business expansion, market positioning, and corporate decision-making. This role leads the analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and optimize business strategies. The position also ensures the development and execution of strategic projects that align with corporate goals. Additionally, the Unit Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, enhance business intelligence capabilities, and measure the impact of strategic efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Expansion – Oversees the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams to support the company’s long-term growth. Identifies market trends, evaluates investment opportunities, and implements strategies to expand the company’s presence in existing and emerging markets.
  • Innovation & Strategic Development – Manages business intelligence efforts to ensure data driven decision-making at the executive level. Directs market research, competitive analysis, and performance evaluation to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Business Intelligence & Market Insights – Manages business intelligence efforts to ensure data driven decision-making at the executive level. Directs market research, competitive analysis, and performance evaluation to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency – Enhances internal processes by implementing innovative solutions that improve productivity, cost effectiveness, and business agility.
Job Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, planning, budgeting, performance management
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics or any similar discipline. Master in Business Administration is highly preferred
