HIRING

A property valuer (also known as a property appraiser) is responsible for determining the market value of properties, including land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They assess various factors such as location, condition, market trends, and comparable property sales to provide accurate valuations. Their work helps clients make informed decisions regarding buying, selling, or financing properties.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting property inspections – Inspecting properties in person to assess their condition, size, and features.
  • Researching market data – Analyzing market trends, recent sales data, and comparable property values to determine the property\'s value.
  • Preparing reports – Creating detailed valuation reports, which may be used for financing, insurance, or taxation purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • -Good with customer service is an edge
  • -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
  • -All gender are welcome
  • -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • -18 years old and above
  • -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • -Physically fit
