We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our growing team This role focuses on bookkeeping and assisting the CFO in preparing and maintaining financial reports for our technical and project-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Prepare and file tax-related documents and ensure compliance with government regulations. Support the CFO in tracking project-related expenditures, budgets, and cost allocations. Reconcile bank statements and financial data. Manage invoices, receipts, and payment records. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations. Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong analytical and communication skills. A degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
