Hiring: Direct-Response Static Ad Creative Designer (Remote)
Are you a talented graphic designer with a knack for creating scroll-stopping ad creatives that actually convert ?
We’re a digital marketing agency that partners with fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands , and we’re looking for a Direct-Response Ad Creative Designer to join our team.
What You’ll Do- Design 40 static ad creatives per week that are built to drive clicks, conversions, and sales.
- Work from high-level briefs and ideas to turn concepts into powerful visuals that sell.
- Take full ownership of creative output while maintaining quality at scale .
- Collaborate with our team on testing and iterating to find winning creative angles.
- Proven experience in direct-response design (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong grasp of marketing psychology and how to translate it into visual design.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused design skills .
- Remote / Work from anywhere
- 40 creatives per week
- $1,000/month
