Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
2. Teach English language and literature to students.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
5. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
6. Encourage student participation and facilitate discussions that promote a love for reading and writing.
7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
8. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional environment.
10. Stay current with best practices in teaching and English education.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Can handle 15 MINUTES demonstration during ONLINE INTERVIEW for teaching 6 years old.
• Working Conditions: Traditional classroom or online teaching environment, flexible hours may apply.
• Qualities and Traits: Passionate about education, excellent communication skills, and a patient demeanor.
• Workplace: Willing to be deployed in Changchun, China.
