Sr. Associate Instructional Designers in this role will:

1. Design and develop training materials: Script training content, review and apply required changes to meet standards, communicate with SMEs to validate changes, and collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements.
2. Participate in implementation: Schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, identify necessary items before, during, and after training, and confirm that all technologies and facilities are prepared.
3. Conduct training evaluation: Use Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to assess whether training objectives were met, review results from levels 1-4, lessons learned, and implementation issues.

To succeed in this position, you should:

1. Have expertise in ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other instructional models.
2. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experience in writing training materials.
4. Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (preferred but not required).
5. Understand adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
6. Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, even outside core responsibilities.
7. Demonstrate effective communication with peers and lead diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions.
8. Show a strong interest in customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
9. Develop training materials as specified in the project's scope, including classroom, virtual, self-paced, or e-learning courses.
10. Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation.
11. Have at least one year of experience in customer or technical support, BPO, or related environments.
12. Hold a bachelor’s or college degree with a minimum of two years of experience in learning and development, or equivalent education/experience.
