Responsible for providing claims administration services to the Australian claims team. This ensures exceptional service, drives growth, and maximizes bottom-line profitability. The Claims Administration Officer will deliver an agile, flexible, responsive, and compliant service to support claims team members. Key Responsibilities Claim registration Claim allocation and assignment in line with company guidelines Preparation of claim payments as directed Claim Reconciliation Emailing payment remittances Spreadsheet maintenance Monitoring Claims Group email box Assigning and forwarding emails Other data entry Platform adoption emails and follow ups Required skills & experience Knowledge of the Insurance & Finance industry and familiarity with the general insurance claims lifecycle and terminology. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with both team members and customers. Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks effectively, demonstrating strong time management and organizational diligence. High competency in accurate data entry and professional email correspondence. Driven by a genuine motivation and passion for helping others, with the patience and ability to listen actively to resolve complex issues. Location We are located on the 27th Floor SM Aura Office Tower, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
