Overview Job Title: Digital Building Engineer (HVAC & BAS) | Work From Home Work Arrangement: Work From Home Schedule: Night Shift (10 PM, Mondays to Fridays) Location: Philippines (WFH / Anywhere PH) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Php 90,000 to Php 105,000 Responsibilities Ensure delivery and support of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners. Collaboratively complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones. Conduct onboarding activities such as Data Collection Service installation, data discovery, and data organization. Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment. Review findings and validate results reported by the software. Train and engage customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues. Qualifications Self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and partners. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics. Technical Knowledge Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, OBIX, and Modbus. Understanding of BAS networking principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience Exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification. Familiarity with metadata applications such as Project Haystack. Proficiency in MS Excel. What You Can Expect When You Join Us Government-mandated benefits.
