Financial Sales Associate

The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to bank’s clients and coordinating with branch sales and service teams. We seek a dynamic individual with an independent mindset and a drive to succeed. Position Responsibilities Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank’s clients. Work closely with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions that meet clients’ protection, long‑term savings, and investment needs. Strengthen long‑term relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service. Assist the Business Center in achieving sales goals and targets, including lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, repeat business, deepening, and cross‑selling of MCBL products. Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports to ensure action plans and results are recorded, reviewed, and acted on; regularly review and adjust plans with the Area and Branch Manager. Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and other sales activities; prepare additional reports as required by Management. Generate new account relationships, deepen and broaden existing relationships, and perform account handling and maintenance tasks to improve profitability and expand business. Maintain cordial relationships with clients by ensuring timely and expeditious handling of client financial needs and requirements. Prepare and ensure availability of documentary requirements. Conduct market/competitor research, client mapping, telesales, sales calls, and on‑site product presentations for new business acquisitions, often jointly with the Branch Manager. Promote and facilitate referrals of MCBL products and services to existing and prospective clients. Conduct proper Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) based on client risk profile. Ensure daily email communications are checked and attended to. Attend meetings, trainings, conferences, and related learning activities as required by immediate head and/or management. Comply with all Workday Employee Self Service requirements and other HR deliverables. Complete all compliance trainings mandated by the company within the specified deadline. Adhere to all customer protection, privacy, data handling, and compliance, policy, and regulatory requirements. Conduct policy reviews to improve customer experience and support upsell, cross‑sell, and lead generation opportunities. Provide post‑sales service and real‑time escalation of complaints to the concerned units. Facilitate collection via ADA, over‑the‑counter, or cheque payments. Plan leads regularly with the Branch Manager to generate quality sales leads. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned from time to time. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/College degree. Work experience in bancassurance sales preferred; experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, or IT industries also encouraged. Preferred Qualifications Self‑driven and highly motivated. Personable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
