Your Role
- Daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliation, and bank account administration
- Term deposit investment and maturity communication
- Financial reviews and report generation
- Monthly cashflow forecasting and management
- Year-end financial checks and accrual journals
- Financial year budget preparation
- Issue contribution levies to owners
- Organize audits and liaise with external auditors on audit queries
- Onboarding and offboarding new/lost business
- Quarterly BAS preparation and review
- Yearly tax preparation and review
- Process and update Management Agreements, including system updates and fee corrections
- Review bot exception reports and complete tasks manually
- Coordinate and manage Body Corporate loans
- Provide explanations or relevant information to various parties (e.g., Executive Committee, Strata Manager)
- Attend finance meetings with external clients if required (virtual meetings)
- Manage miscellaneous on-charging to owners (gas, water, electricity, car park, etc.)
- Process payroll and superannuation for building managers employed by the Owners Corporation
- Conduct ad hoc bank deposit recalls and dishonoured payment investigations
- Degree qualification in accounting or a similar discipline
- At least 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in budget preparation
- Strong understanding of financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Experience reviewing financial statements and communicating results to stakeholders
- Proven account reconciliation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Income Tax and BAS (desirable)

Your Role
As Accountant, You Are Responsible For
- Handle finance queries (tickets) in Freshdesk
- Daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliation, and bank account administration
