The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is a full‑time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast‑tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience. What will you be doing? You will have the opportunity to win and lead omni‑commerce and connect our consumers to our brands to drive category growth. You’ll build strong working relationships with a wide range of customers – e‑commerce platforms, supermarkets, superstores, convenience stores, drug stores, discounters, online retailers, and more – ensuring that our brands are available wherever the shopper wishes to buy them. This may involve working together to maximize new product launches, recommending the right range of products, developing marketing programmes, negotiating an annual business plan, or identifying new business opportunities. What do we look for? You don’t need a specific degree background – this is an area where your personality and critical thinking skills will set you apart. It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills, and commercial acumen. You’ll be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. You must complete Stage 2: the Online Assessment by the end of the application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme. We will reach out to you if you qualify to proceed to the Line Manager Interview. We work on a first‑come, first‑serve basis, so finish all stages as soon as possible.
