Responsibilities- Operational Functions: Oversees fulfillment of operational and advertising requirements (upload and documentation); manages the fulfillment of site partner and internal uploads, including ads, map updates, tags, etc.; manages the advertising requirements for client updates; coordinates with other teams and external parties (liaise with property ops team); manages and prepares playlist reports; maintains balance exposure of Clients against Mall/Internals in playlist; provides the necessary categories and logos as needed for site updates; manages inventory of products; internal: coordinates with Product Development, Programming, and Technical teams for new products; external: liaise with site partners for coordination for management of old and new products; prepares advisories and memos to site partners re: directions and operations; prepares and submits weekly updates and monthly reports to superior; performs other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or management.
- Marketing: manages the branding of the company and products; conducts in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis, research, and positioning of the product; reviews local and international settings and suggests applications; conducts research for project feasibility; reviews existing products and suggests enhancements; conducts field visits for research and evaluation of products; directs marketing efforts onsite and online; aligns with Product Development, Sales Team, and Power Mac Marketing team for an effective marketing and sales activities plan; develops marketing campaigns for evaluation and approval by General Manager; executes activities to generate leads (e.g., flyers, newsletters/email marketing, exhibits, events, saturation, online presence, B2B events, webinars, surveys); directly manages online accounts and provides regular content updates (content creation); prepares a monthly content calendar for social media content updates; updates the website for new products and inventory in coordination with Programming team; coordinates with Product Development and/or Technical team for information and photos to be included in posts; responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget; manages SEO, SEM, and other analytics for the company and its products; handles copywriting; proficient in presentations and reports; experience in B2B marketing; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- Graduates of Marketing or a Marketing-related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in product development, marketing, product design, research, project feasibility, and pricing strategy.
- Advertising platforms and Interactive Kiosks background is an advantage.
- Specialization/Technical Skills: skilled in research, data analysis, and creating and implementing plans within a timeline; skilled in creating and managing campaigns, content creation, and driving sales growth; social media, LinkedIn and online marketing; SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics; good copywriting; proficient in presentations and reports; experience in B2B marketing; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; basic Photoshop knowledge.
