The FP&A Analyst supports planning and decision-making by preparing reports, building financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities- Prepare scheduled financial reports and ensure accuracy of data.
- Update and maintain forecasting tools and templates.
- Reconcile financial data between systems and flag discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks for the CFO and senior management.
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time), with possible shifting
SalaryStarts at PHP 50,000 or 15% higher than your current salary , whichever is greater
ExtrasPHP 2,200 monthly allowance + 10% night differential
