Senior Software Engineer (Multiple Positions) Location: San Jose Team: Technology Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A Responsibilities Design and develop large-scale software platforms, systems, and services. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade backend services or systems. Gather user requirements and write code in various programming languages. Participate in full software development life cycle from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Develop operational tools to automate general operation process. Document and maintain software functionality. Collaborate with product managers to design and implement new application features. Mentor junior software engineers and interns. Qualifications Taxonomy may vary but the base salary range for this position in the selected city is $264,514 - $359,720 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
